Facilitate workshops. Resolve conflicts. Pass on knowledge.
Strategy workshops for leadership teams and groups of owners, conflict coaching with the Thomas-Kilmann model, and lecturing at ISM and Bremen University: three formats, one standard, namely distance where it helps, experience where it counts.

Strategy workshops for leadership teams and owners
I facilitate strategy workshops for leadership teams and groups of owners. Topics range from purpose, mission and vision to formulating ambitious goals, all the way to the question of how an organisation finds a shared direction when two cultures need to grow together.
At Lichtvision, the company I co-founded in 1997, I deliberately engaged an external facilitator – because a founder cannot be participant and facilitator inside their own organisation at the same time. That experience shapes my standard: I facilitate workshops in organisations I am not part of, with the necessary distance and an understanding for what lies beneath the surface.

Conflict coaching with the Thomas-Kilmann and iceberg model
Conflicts in leadership teams and partnerships are rarely about facts. Beneath the surface lie needs, hurts and fears that nobody names. I work with the Thomas-Kilmann model and the iceberg model to make these deeper layers visible.
The decisive moment is not the solution. It is the moment when both sides understand why the other side acts the way it does. After that, the solution is often the easy part.
